Hard Chrome Plating
Industrial Hard Chrome is one of the most popular coatings used by engineers to improve equipment performance and increase the life of a part. Repair
We can repair parts by grinding or honing out the wear, then building up with chrome and finish grinding or honing back to size. This not only saves the end user money, but it’s the most environmentally sensitive solution. This process keeps parts out of the landfill and keeps them working longer and harder. By repairing parts, you can save up to 60% of the cost of new.
Honing & Grinding
Preparing, finishing and repairing parts in our grinding and honing department ensures the best chrome adherence and tight finish tolerances. Our machine shop contains lathes, cylindrical grinders, and vertical and horizontal hones to turn-key your next project. We also welcome hone only projects that do not require chrome plating.
